Our signature handrolls are a standout feature of the Sushi Zushi menu. Wrapped with crisp nori and layered with our freshly hand-beaten rice, they’re paired with premium fillings to suit a range of tastes.

At the heart of every sushi is the shari. Made with Hokkaido Sansanmaru rice and Tokyo red vinegar, then beaten by hand twice daily, our rice isn’t a base, it’s a statement. The kind of detail most diners never see, but always taste.

Enjoy freshness in every bite where our sashimi is expertly prepared on the spot by our skilled chefs, using premium fish flown in four times weekly from Japan’s renowned Toyosu Fish Market.
