Our outlet @Westgate features a Genshi Yaki Charcoal Grill that showcases a seafood menu grilled over a traditional Japanese sandpit using binchotan charcoal.
Set prominently within the restaurant, the grill offers guests a clear view of the live cooking process – from whole prawns to scallops and seasonal catch, all prepared according to order.
Our signature open-concept dining sushi counter also offers guests an unobstructed view, allowing them to fully appreciate the skill, technique and craftsmanship behind every piece of sushi.
