Our new concept @Westgate will feature a Genshi Yaki Charcoal Grill, showcasing a seafood menu grilled over a traditional Japanese sandpit using binchotan charcoal.
Set prominently within the restaurant, the grill offers guests a clear view of the live cooking process – from whole prawns to scallops and seasonal catch, all prepared to order.
Our signature open-concept dining sushi counter that offers guests an unobstructed view, allowing them to fully appreciate the skill, technique and craftsmanship behind every piece of sushi.
Guests can watch as chefs prepare their food fresh in front of them, creating a dining experience that is both engaging and delicious
